Return and Refund Policy for Hawt in Hair

We want you to shop with confidence at Hawtinhair.com. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we offer a 14-day return policy.
Please read the following guidelines to understand how to return your item successfully:

14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request and send the item back to us.

Eligibility Criteria for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
  • Condition: Must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • Usage: Must be unworn, unused, and free from any signs of styling (e.g., heat, cutting, coloring, washing).
  • Packaging: Must be in its original packaging, with all original tags, hygiene stickers, and security seals intact and attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note on Hair Products: Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and wigs, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, styled, or had their original packaging and security ties/seals removed.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@hawtinhair.com.
The Do's:
  • DO contact us first to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • DO ensure all eligibility criteria are met before shipping the item back.
  • DO ship your return with a trackable shipping service.
  • DO send us the tracking number along with your order number once the item has been shipped.
The Don'ts:
  • DO NOT return any items without first receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our team.
  • DO NOT ship items to the warehouse address listed on your package without prior authorization, as returns without an authorized RAN will not be accepted and may be refused or delayed.
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process. Keep in mind that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your return, please reach out to us at support@hawtinhair.com for further assistance.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away (within 48 hours of delivery). We will assess the issue and work quickly to make it right by providing a replacement or refund as needed.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, simply make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to or within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing a specific justification. The same eligibility criteria described above apply.
